• For business users: job listings and relevant business information
• Messages and application interactions

We do not collect or store birthdays or precise dates of birth.

Third-Party Authentication

If you sign in using a third-party service such as Google or Apple, we may receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) as permitted by your account settings with that provider. We do not receive or store your third-party account passwords.

Automatically Collected Information

We collect:

• General usage data such as screen views and navigation behavior
• Device information such as device type and operating system version
• Basic log data such as IP address and error logs
• General location data (city and state) based on your profile or device, used to show you local opportunities

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Help match job seekers and businesses
• Improve app functionality
• Communicate updates
• Enforce our Terms of Service and related policies

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with:

• Other users when necessary for job listings or applications

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted token storage and secure HTTPS communication, to protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
