Open the app, tap Sign Up, and choose to continue with email, Google, or Apple. You'll then pick a role (applicant or business) and complete a short profile.
Roles are tied to your profile. To change roles, head to Settings → Account, or contact support if you need help moving an existing account.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your account email. We'll send a reset link. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can flag a listing or user directly from their profile by tapping the Report option. For bugs, email us at dev@sidequestapp.io with details and a screenshot if possible.
Yes. SideQuest is free for both applicants and businesses to use. Some optional features may be added over time, but the core experience will remain free.
SideQuest is currently rolling out city by city. If your area is light on listings, your account is still active and ready to go as soon as more local businesses join. Make sure your city and state are set correctly in your profile.
Once you apply to a gig (or an applicant applies to your listing), a chat thread opens automatically. You'll get a notification when there's a new message.
