Businesses are responsible for compliance with local employment laws and must ensure listings reflect accurate job expectations, pay, and scheduling.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant SideQuest Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content within the app for functionality purposes.
We do not sell your data or content to third parties.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
SideQuest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, secure, or error-free.
We are not liable for user-generated content, hiring decisions, or third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SideQuest Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms periodically. If significant changes occur, we will notify you within the app. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
